The Egnyte Business Partner Program has three tiers of partnerships: Premier Partner Referral, Value-Added Reseller (VAR), and Managed Service Provider (MSP). These tiers determine the level of sales, support, and marketing assistance provided to Egnyte's business partners, as well as the level of commitment our partners have with our solutions.
As a representative of the Egnyte brand, you are expected to maintain technical and business competency in the positioning, selling, and deploying of Egnyte solutions.
Egnyte offers two billing and invoicing options:
Regardless of which option you choose, we do not put any restrictions on the amount you charge your customers.
You are responsible for selling, provisioning, training, and onboarding customers.
You will provide first-level support for your customers.
