When I started working in Silicon Valley, I noticed two things during my first few weeks on the job. One was the steep learning curve that comes from taking on any role in a tech company. It’s easier to learn something when you immediately apply it. Being able to find the right training content at the right time not only saves time but also helps foster knowledge through real-world scenarios. Group-specific training. Organizing training content in the cloud can allow trainers to set varying levels of access for different teams. Need to onboard a new employee on your R&D team? You can give him or her special access to training content and resources for learning about new projects in that specific department. Limiting access also prevents users from going out of order on the training schedule or being overwhelmed by material that isn’t relevant to their jobs.
