Join Egnyte at Bio-IT World to Accelerate your Growth

After two years of virtual meetings, the Egnyte Life Sciences team is excited to get back to live events. Join us in Boston, May 3 to May 5, for the Bio-IT World Conference and Expo to learn how biotechs are accelerating growth and driving research and therapy development through better data management.

If you plan to attend, make sure to stop by and say hello. There are several ways to meet the Egnyte Life Sciences Team at the conference:

  • Join our session on Thursday, May 5, at 11:55 a.m. ET for a discussion with Nimbus Therapeutics.
  • Visit us in-person at Booth 215, which is located next to the Solutions Theater.
  • Register for Egnyte's networking event at Kings Dining and Entertainment, which will be held Wednesday, May 4, at 6 p.m. ET.

The session, titled, “Digital Workflow Automation: Improving CRO Collaboration for Better Data Quality and Faster Insights,” will feature Abhay Kini, Ph.D, director of life sciences at Egnyte, and Rebecca Carazza, Ph.D, executive director of information systems at Nimbus Therapeutics.

Kini and Carazza have more than 40 years of combined experience in the life sciences industry. They’ve seen first-hand how data has changed the ways businesses operate, so this will be a great opportunity to learn about how companies are fueling their growth by moving to the cloud and instilling proper workflow automation.

Bio-IT World showcases how technology and analytic techniques are used to advance science and precision medicine. This year’s expo will be held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston. Bio-IT World brings together life science professionals from around the world to discuss topics like where to invest resources, how to create long-term strategies for more agile collaboration, and how to use data management and cloud computing services to scale medical advancements.

The Egnyte and Nimbus session will be held on the third and final day of the conference. The talk is part of the Modern Data Platforms and Storage Infrastructure track, which will focus on addressing the management of the massive amounts of data produced in our industry.

Nimbus, a long-time Egnyte customer and leader in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, is also an innovator in the data management space of the drug discovery phase. The pair will discuss the development of NIMBEye, Nimbus’ automated CRO data ingestion process to reduce the time it takes to validate and deploy data to scientists from days to minutes.

“We built a platform over 14 years with collaboration and security in mind," Kini said. "It’s always inspiring to see people tackle difficult business issues with our technology that we never envisioned as a use case. It is the creativity and tenacity of our customers that keep us focused on listening to the market, investing in and innovating our unified data management platform.”
