Featured Platform Enhancements and Releases 

AI-Driven Document Summaries and Q&A - ‘Ask’ Tab (Limited Availability): To simplify the usability of “Document Summarization and Document Q&A”, Egnyte has combined both these capabilities into a single tab called “Ask”. However, users with access to only the Document Summarization feature will continue to see the Summary tab. Learn more.  

Advanced Watermarking: Enhance content security with Egnyte’s Advanced Watermarking by adding dynamic components, like the user's name and email to learn who is previewing/downloading the document. Learn more.  

Share File and Folder Links: With Share File and Folder Links, users can effortlessly share files or folders externally. The recipient can preview and download the files at once. The files and folders can be password protected too for enhanced security. Learn more.  

Other Enhancements and Releases 

PDF Editor: The PDF File Handler's editor now allows users to insert, delete, extract, move, and rotate pages seamlessly and gain better control over PDF document editing. Learn more.  

BIM File Preview Enhancements: Specialized File Handler’s add-on users can now experience a richer BIM file preview with support for additional file types including .dwf, .ifc, .rvt, .stl, .stp, .step, and .obj, increased size limits, and seamless navigation. Learn more.
