Featured Platform Enhancements and Releases 

Egnyte Document Room: The Egnyte Document Room is a secure hub for sharing sensitive information. It packs powerful tools like Document Room Portal, content indexing, adding large numbers of users, watermarking of downloaded files, and more. Learn more.  

Document Room Users can also get insights into log in and log out activities as well as visibility into all the user provisioning activities of document room collaborators. Learn more. 

E2E Connector: Egnyte's E2E Connector simplifies cross-domain folder synchronization, streamlining project document access, and collaboration for tenants and external partners. Learn more.  

Co-editable Links for Google Files: Users can now collaborate on Google files using co-editable links, even if their folder permissions are limited. This feature simplifies collaboration when sharing users prefer not to share full folder access with recipients. Learn more.  

Other Enhancements and Releases

Migration App is Now Generally Available on All Platform Plans: Admins of domains on Platform Plans can self-serve Migration App directly from the Collaborate application picker. Azure Files: Egnyte now supports Azure Files as a content source, expanding data management and security options for users. Learn more.  

Sensitive Content Remediation: The ability to manage data with sensitive content was earlier limited to location-level actions. Now, users can apply these actions to individual files. Learn more.  

Version Control for Adobe Audition and Articulate Storyline: Egnyte now provides extensive versioning support for Adobe Audition (.sesx) and Articulate Storyline (.story) files.
