On days like this, when Gmail goes down for several hours, questions are quickly raised about the reliability of cloud based solutions, specially for businesses. Events like this tend to deter more widespread adoption, despite all the benefits that the cloud offers – lower maintenance, low cost and the freedom to securely access data anywhere.While we launched as a pure play cloud based solution, and continue to invest in improving the processes and technology to guarantee uptime, we believe that providing our customers a viable alternative to “downtime” is becoming just as important.
