Ringing in the New Year...Egnyte Style

Who doesn’t love a celebration? I certainly do! That’s why last Tuesday, we celebrated at our annual holiday party and toasted to what's in store for 2015.Egnyters closed down the ballroom by dancing until midnight and won awesome raffle prizes throughout the night, including a Coach purse, Fender guitar, Bulova watches, gift cards from Home Depot, and numerous iPad minis. It’s always wonderful to gather with colleagues outside of the office, but what made this celebration truly special was that Egnyters from our remote offices were represented at the holiday celebration. Spokane, London, and even a few from Poland celebrated with all of us from HQ.In addition to a fantastic party, we also held our 2015 Sales Kick Off (SKO) earlier in the week. The two-day meeting was held to inspire, educate, and motivate our team for the coming year. During the session, CEO Vineet Jain reflected on Egnyte’s beginnings as a room barely able to hold four people and the journey taken to where employees now fill an entire ballroom! 2014 was a milestone year for the company with the move to a brand new headquarters, global expansion, and exciting product developments. Looking ahead to 2015, we expect this to be our breakout year with the proven success of our hybrid platform, combined with the strength of our employee base.As this week comes to an end, our colleagues from afar pack up their bags, close their notebooks, and head home with new tools, strategies and products for a successful 2015. It was great to get to know a different side of them. Speaking of a breakout year, we also saw some awesome breakout moves and yes, we have pictures to prove it!We look forward to sharing peace, prosperity and files in 2015!
