Integrating JotForm mobile forms with Egnyte has transformed the operational capabilities of its teams. Eliminating any need for manual data entry, PLS has been able to automate its reporting workflows to the benefit of all.
PLS technicians now use electronic job sheets, created using JotForm. These can be completed on location and provide a detailed record of each job – start and end times, what’s been done and why, inspection photos, next steps, and job sign-off signatures.
