What is included in my conference registration?
1 1/2 - day conference and meals (breakfast and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday), and reception on Tuesday provided by Egnyte. Attendees are responsible for hotel, travel and any additional expenses during the conference.
When should I arrive and when should I depart?
The conference begins early Tuesday morning, September 10 with registration and breakfast beginning at 8am and the first keynote at 9am. For most travelers coming from out-of-state we recommend arriving Monday evening, September 9th. The conference will conclude at 2:30PM PST on Wednesday, September 11th to give attendees the opportunity to travel home Wednesday evening if necessary. Egnyte has reserved a first-come first-served room block at the W San Francisco for Monday-Wednesday nights.
Is there a registration fee?
No. Registration is complimentary on behalf of Egnyte.
Where is the Customer Summit located?
The conference is located at The W Hotel 181 3rd Street, San Francisco, CA 94103.

Tea Ward is the Knowledge Management Lead at Management Systems International (MSI) - a TetraTech company. MSI is an intentional development firm, that manages USAID’s projects in over 15 counties. She was one of the key individuals in charge of Egnyte implementation at HQ and overseas. Tea designed the filing structure for all project data that allows for Home Office and Field office collaboration and file sharing. She also developed MSI’s training strategy (designed and delivered all trainings), and has been providing strategic and technical support to projects and HQ staff on proper use of the system. Due to the successful implementation of Egnyte, she has also helped other TetraTech operating units with Egnyte implementation, user training development and has been advising the OUs with user adoption.
