One-time Installation

Note that you will need both an Egnyte account and an account with RightSignature to use this add-on. You can also try the integration for free with a free trail of RightSignature. Follow these easy steps to link your Egnyte account to your RightSignature account.

  1. Login to RightSignature and go to Account > Integrations.
  2. Next, click on the Egnyte Integration page, then input your Egnyte subdomain and click Activate.
  3. On the next screen, click Activate. You will be asked to log into your Egnyte account if you are not already logged in.

Send Your Egnyte Documents for Signature

In RightSignature, click Send a Document. You’ll notice a new Egnyte button in the Choose a Document section. Click it to browse your Egnyte account—then, choose your document. Your file is automatically pulled from Egnyte directly into RightSignature and ready to set up and send.

Next, input your signer’s name and email address, as well as a short message for your signer, and click Next Step. Then, simply drag and drop the fields you want your signer to complete from the RightSignature toolbox onto your document. You can select text fields, checkboxes, dates, and much more. When you are finished, click Send.

Your signer will receive an email with a link to sign your document. RightSignature’s intuitive signing software will walk them through the process, ensuring that every document is filled out correctly on the first try. Your signer can fill out and sign your document in any Web browser or on any mobile device.

Signed Documents Are Saved in Egnyte Automatically

As soon as your document is signed, it is instantly and automatically returned to you, the sender. And with the Egnyte + RightSignature integration, a signed PDF copy of your document will be automatically uploaded to your Egnyte folder, along with a Signature Certificate and full audit log for the strongest legal protection available.
