Picking Up the Pace with DocuSign at MOMENTUM London

And our Business Development team uses it to send NDAs and other sensitive documents in order to make their contractual load simpler.How does the integrated feature work?  It’s simple; contracts and documents within Egnyte are ‘clicked’ aka chosen to be sent through DocuSign. Next, the contract opens within DocuSign, and you’re able to determine the blanks that need information or signatures. Then you simply indicate the recipients, and the contract is sent for e-signature. After the contract is signed and completed, it returns to your Egnyte account with a status of “DocuSigned” and notes who signed it and when. Viola!
