Hi there! My name is Don David and I am the Customer Support Manager here at Egnyte. This week I’m going to share a little bit about myself. As a youngster, I quickly learned that I have a passion for computer technology/gadgetry, and I took great satisfaction in finding resolutions to complex issues. What started out as a hobby and regular favors for friends and family led me to a computer science course at CSU Hayward, and then ultimatlely down a career path to Egnyte. Prior to joining Egnyte, I managed support teams at various software companies in the bay area including on-demand application providers, end-to-end CRM solutions, and software developers of multimedia technologies and applications for both desktop and embedded platforms.

Why Egnyte? I’ve been with Egnyte for over a year now and I tell you, it has been quite an amazing ride. It’s a place where my knowledge and passion are applied every single moment, and I’m fortunate to be surrounded by a team of committed and motivated visionaries who make every day a worthwhile experience.
Outside of work, my free time is usually spent keeping up with my son and daughter. They are a feisty duo that both amaze me and inspire me daily. I also love going to the movies, sampling new restaurants with my wonderful wife, and staying abreast of the latest technology. My fondness of the outdoors quickly sets camping, snow trips, and hanging out at the beach as part of my weekend agenda.
