Recurring Commissions and Leads

Recurring commissions of up to 30% for the life of the customer. The more you sell the higher your commission rate.
As your expertise in Egnyte increases, we will pass incoming leads with specific geographical or other requirements to you to close and deploy.

Training

Comprehensive product, sales and support training, live demos and educational materials tutorial videos and other training resources

Support

All resellers receive high-priority technical support
Free sales support and rollout/deployment assistance for complex customer scenarios

Competency: As a representative of the Egnyte brand you are expected to maintain technical and business competency in positioning, selling and deploying of Egnyte solutions.
Sales: You are responsible for identifying prospects, selling and provisioning accounts, and training and onboarding customers.
Billing and Invoicing: Egnyte's billing relationship will be with you. You need to handle all aspects of billing and collection with your customers. We do not put any restrictions on the amount you charge your customers.
Support: You will provide a first-level support for your customers. Egnyte will support your deployment.
