Vineet is the CEO and co-founder of Egnyte. Prior to Egnyte, Vineet founded and successfully built Valdero, a supply chain software solution provider, funded by KPCB, MDV and Trinity Ventures. He has held a rich variety of senior operational positions at KPMG and Bechtel. He has 20 years of experience in building capital-efficient and nimble organizations. Vineet earned a BS in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and received an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Isabelle Guis is the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer at Egnyte, overseeing all global marketing, go-to-market, partnership and product strategies. She previously served as EMC’s vice president of Marketing for the Public Cloud Solutions Group and Enterprise Storage Division, driving cloud buyer and service provider segmentations, as well as messaging, product positioning and go-to-market strategies for the company’s core storage solutions. Isabelle has also held leadership positions at Avaya, Big Switch Networks, Cisco Systems, and Nortel Networks. She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Supelec (France), and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rajesh Ram is Chief Customer Officer and Co-Founder of Egnyte. As Chief Customer Officer, his charter is to maximize customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention. Rajesh works with Egnyte's customers and internal teams to ensure that the comprehensive voice of the customer is reflected in the company’s corporate strategy and execution. Previously, Rajesh held executive roles within Egnyte's Product Management and Engineering functions. His strength in defining, delivering and supporting software solutions was developed while at Oracle, KPMG consulting and Valdero Corporation. Rajesh holds a BS in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras and received an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
As CTO of Egnyte, Amrit is responsible for the overall technical direction of the company. He has extensive experience in building large-scale, highly available systems all over the world. In the past, he has deployed such systems at Cisco, Fujistu and Sun Microsystems. Prior to Egnyte, he served as the CTO of Valdero. He received his BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
Steve Sutter brings extensive financial management and operational experience to Egnyte. Most recently, Steve was the CFO of Eye-Fi, where he was a key contributor in developing and executing the strategy of this consumer device-plus-cloud services company. Previously Steve held senior financial management roles at Elance, Identity Engines, Valdero and Netfish Technologies. Steve holds a BS in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Kris is a co-founder of Egnyte. He is responsible for Egnyte's security and compliance, as well as the core infrastructure, including storage and data center operations. Prior to Egnyte, Kris spent many years in the design and deployment of large-scale infrastructures for Fortune 100 customers of Valdero and KPMG Consulting. Kris has a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras, and an MS from the University of Cincinnati.
Ian McEwan is VP and GM for EMEA at Egnyte. His focus is on building an industry-leading sales team in EMEA with a strong emphasis on enterprise customers and channel partners. Prior to joining Egnyte, Ian was vice president of Sales for networking traffic visibility market-leader Gigamon, where his team managed the company’s European operations through a successful IPO, with a valuation that was set at more than $600 Million. He previously served as a founding member of the Cloud Industry Forum, an industry body responsible for a Code of Practice for cloud services, and is a member of the UK Institute of Directors. He also brings deep experience in sales and pre-sales from a range of industry leaders, including IBM, BMC, Frontrange Solutions, Peregrine (now HP) and Vignette.
