Sr. Technology Alliance Manager (Mountain View, CA - USA)

As our company and partner base continue to grow, we’ll look to the Sr. Technology Alliance Manager to develop and manage all aspects of the go-to-market relationship with our technology partners, including product definition and development, customer programs, sales team alignment, and marketing activities and events. Manage multiple partnerships, engage at all executive levels both inside Egnyte and with partners, and have a proven track record of aligning strategies between companies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Key alignment point between Egnyte’s product line and external partners. Own the relationship from all aspects of product development and marketing
  • Develop successful products by driving both Egnyte product design and partner products that include our technologies
  • Align partner marketing and sales forces (both direct and channel) with Egnyte sales and marketing plans
  • Create and manage go-to-market programs with partners. Develop marketing plans and budgets with our sales and marketing teams
  • Manage participation with partner events for maximum visibility of our solutions

Partner Account Manager (Mountain View, CA - USA)

As our company, and partner base, continues to grow we will look to the Partner Account Manager to drive new revenue through our most strategic relationships. Egnyte’s ecosystem includes Technology Alliance Partners, large VARs and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) add the Partner Account Manager is expected to grow the network in their territory and develop deep technical and commercial relationships with new and existing partners.. This will include acting as the primary contact for assigned partners to ensure they’re continued satisfaction with our solutions and partners program, managing the resolution of any challenges they might face and sourcing opportunities from partners to drive increased sales of Egnyte products.

This is a remote position covering our NorthEast Territory. The successful candidate will be based in New York City or the surrounding area. The position will require 50% travel.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with Egnyte Territory Account Managers and Account representatives to create sales opportunities and drive new revenue through partners
  • Manage a portfolio of partners and resellers and work closely with them to build a mutually beneficial business relationship
  • Recruit new partners and manage them through the on-boarding and accreditation process to ensure they successfully adopt Egnyte’s service and are able to meet the program eligibility requirements
  • Build partner account plans and drive regular internal and external account reviews to ensure success against a pre-defined set of KPIs
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Success and Support to provide services required to meet partner expectations and the expectation of their customers
  • Maintain a positive interactive working relationship with Product Management and Product Engineering to resolve issues and to communicate partner needs for future product enhancements
  • Become an Egnyte product expert including the product's technical workings and practical business application

Sr. Sales Engineer (London, United Kingdom)

The Sales Engineer will be the "Liaison” between Sales and Operations by identifying and removing any potential road blocks early on in the sales process while creating detailed specifications agreed upon by both Egnyte and the customer(s).
