We recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey, and one of the areas which has been highlighted was dissatisfaction with technical support turn-around time. Our technical support has, in the past, received a constant stream of kudos from customers. Your feedback is valuable and we analyzed the issue carefully. We are responding with improvements to the phone support process, additional support personnel, and, most importantly, addressing the product hot spots that caused a spike in support tickets.
