You can now access your file server from both RIM Blackberry and Android devices. Mobile access is an integral part of providing you secure access to your data from anywhere. Access using your iPhone has already been available for many months.

In addition to improvements in our product, we are committed to improving your overall experience with Egnyte. We rolled a new ticketing system last month. Your support requests and inquiries are automatically issued a ticket number so you can reference these in your exchanges with us.

Customers will have direct access to our knowledge base, look up solutions to common questions, and make feature requests. You will also be able to look at the status of your own tickets at any time.
