 Reporting
Egnyte now provides reporting capabilities within your account. Initially available only to account administrators, a new Reports tab (below the Address Book), provides a set of reports that show File Server Size, specific Folder Details and the Backup Status across your team computers. All reports can be exported into Excel. We are adding more reports in upcoming releases based on incoming customer requests. |

 Egnyte on Netbooks
Netbooks, or mini-computers are becoming attractive alternatives to traditional notebooks due to their attractive pricing model and convenience. With Egnyte, netbooks become notebooks by delivering business-class storage functionality. By mapping the File Server as a drive, Egnyte allows users fast and secure access to data, easily.  Easier navigation for Standard Users
When you invite your customers or business partners as Standard Users, they will be logged directly into the folder you provide them access to. This eliminates the additional clicks required in the past. |

 Delete User Accounts
Probably the most requested feature, we now have the ability for you to not only deactivate, but also delete unused user accounts from the Address Book. This feature will delete the user information, associated files and also allow you to reuse that username for another new account. |
