Deactivate Users
| Power Users & Users can now be deactivated. This expires the user account, preventing this user from logging in. The user license is also reclaimed, and you can use that to setup a different user. The Deactivate function allows you to manage account terminations and also rotate your licenses appropriately. |

Publish a file from Egnyte |
In addition to the existing capability to share folders, Egnyte now lets you securely share a specific file. A new "Link To" action is now available, which will generate a unique web link to the file you want to share. This link can be either emailed or embedded within any webpage (website, blog etc.) or document. When someone clicks on this URL, they can download the chosen file without having to login to Egnyte. Our goal is to enhance the value of your stored information in Egnyte, allowing you to selectively publish files to other parties without requiring them to login.

| Highlights on upcoming programs |
Here are some things we are working on. We welcome your thoughts at support@egnyte.com.
Changing naming convention for "Users" |
To reduce confusion, we plan to rename Users to Standard Users. Power Users will remain unchanged in naming. There is no change in functionality here.
UNLIMITED Storage |
We currently offer 20GB per power user and aggregate usage across your entire account. We are contemplating providing plans that offer unlimited storage. We are committed to making Egnyte your true file server in the cloud, and providing plans that take the guessing game out of "what is my monthly bill?" is important in making you comfortable with Egnyte. Stay tuned for more on this!
